The CLRC is a part time committee appointed by the Attorney General to consider and report on specific copyright matters referred to it from time to time. Provides issue papers and submissions on current references and full reports and publications on past references.
CAL is a not-for-profit, member-based organisation which manages licensed copying and communication of literary, dramatic and artistic works. CAL acts as a channel between copyright rights holders and those who copy their works by: licensing, or giving permission to, organisations and individuals to copy; collecting a licence fee; and distributing that money to the copyright rights holders. They provide information sheets, newsletters, reports, seminar papers and corporate publications.
DTLJ is a journal concerned with intellectual property law issues in the digital environment.
Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia is the representative body for Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys. They frame and establish By-Laws and a Code of Ethics, mediate disputes and provide training and a forum for their members.
