Court FormsThe forms are available for download in PDF and RTF formats. Some of the forms

Most applications and other documents used in the Federal Court must be in
accordance with the forms set out in the Federal Court Rules, the Corporations Law Rules and
the Native Title (Federal Court) Regulations. The Court's electronic filing and payment facility
enables applications to be made and/or documents submitted via the internet. All applications
