Most applications and other documents used in the Federal Court must be in accordance with the forms set out in the Federal Court Rules, the Corporations Law Rules and the Native Title (Federal Court) Regulations. The Court's electronic filing and payment facility enables applications to be made and/or documents submitted via the internet. All applications and/or documents may now be filed by fax to the registry. Forms may be downloaded.

Forms have been drafted for use in Court proceedings in conjunction with the Rules. As provided for under the IPA, the forms have been approved by the Director-General of this Department. Ten forms available in Portable Document Format (PDF).
